it's this day when, after years of on and off yumeshipping, giving personal lore and headcanons to argyle, and jokes about relationships, that i finally decided to make it official and call argyle my girlfriend !! (⸝⸝˃ ་། ˂⸝）

i first noticed something special about argyle [and my immense connection to her] right away upon seeing her in season 4 of stranger things, and immediately had dream after dream about me moving to lenora and meeting her >O< !!! the way it always goes in my mind is that i got a brief job at SBP that didn't last because of a bad panic attack i had [based on real events @~@] and she personally dropped everything she was doing to come to my side and comfort me in any way she could - this, of course, means hugs and cuddles in the back of the pizza van and a little bit of purple palm tree delight.. whoops.... (,,>﹏<,,)

after our, like, week working together and then this experience, argyle and i didn't speak for a while because of how bad i am at picking up the phone when someone calls/texts but i was all stupid and nervous and worried every day about how much argyle probably hated me for not being able to communicate unless i was high..

and then, right as i was selling my furniture with my roommate so we could afford to move to arizona, argyle of all people stopped by to check out the N64 we were selling!! next thing i know, me and her are hitting it off all over again, and that night i slept in her van while preparing to go to arizona the next day and.. there was no denying how the sparks flew for real that time!! and so she ended up coming all the way to arizona with us, trailing us in the pizza van, and managing to very luckily strike a deal to be transferred to an arizona local branch of SBP midway there!! and we've been here ever since <333

about argyle !!

canon argyle is a presumed cis male with no clarified sexuality and that is super not what my argyle is !!

my baby is an AMAB genderfluid demigirl and she is super pansexual!! any pronouns with a preference for she! she also used to consider herself cis and straight, but when you get high as hard and often as she does.. she realized that gender is kind of bullshit and everything is everything and that she at least wanted to be a pretty girlthing!!

it also super isn't the 80s irl so for obvious reasons, my beloved is just like every other early/mid-twenties current day gen z like myself !! some of her favourite modern day things include: tiktok asmr soap/slime/foam/clay videos, scrolling facebook marketplace to laugh at weird listings, stacking facebook pfp frames, those websites where you can submit a drawing and they turn it into a plush...

my girlfriend is such a silly little lady who is very very sweet and typically vibes with most things !! it's genuinely really hard to upset her, and she is so extremely patient, which is one of my favourite things abt her.. ( ⸝⸝´ ᵕ `⸝⸝)

i don't have a 'sona' i ship her with because,, well, she's my girlfriend!! so i just ship her with myself bkjnfskn

it makes me so happy to picture holding her hand and cuddling up to her after a long day,,,
